1. Overview
REMI is an AI property operations assistant developed by Aye Aye Vacations LLC. This page explains how to delete your REMI account from the REMI website or the REMI app.
In REMI, one login belongs to one organization. Deleting your account deletes your whole organization and its login. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
2. How to delete
- Sign in at remiai.pro.
- Open Organization.
- Under Delete organization, type your organization's name and your current password, then choose Delete organization permanently.
- Open More, then Organization.
- Under Delete organization, type your organization's name and your current password, then confirm.
You are signed out straight away, and we send a confirmation to the login's email address.
Forgotten your password? Reset it first. If you cannot sign in at all, email team@ayeayevacations.com from the account's email address and we will delete the account for you.
3. What is deleted
Everything that belongs to the organization, immediately:
- your login (email and password);
- properties, reservations and stays, people, vendors, work items, schedules, instructions and other settings;
- messages, conversations, AI activity records and usage logs;
- uploaded photos and files;
- connections to property-management systems, and REMI's place in your WhatsApp groups and text threads (REMI leaves them; the other members keep their group);
- any phone number REMI bought for your organization, which is released.
4. What we keep
Only what the law and messaging carriers require, kept separately from anything else:
For each person who agreed to receive REMI text messages: their phone number, the wording they agreed to, when they agreed or opted out, and how their number was verified. Carriers and regulators can ask us to prove consent, so these are kept for five years and then deleted. Names, group details and message content are not kept.
The organization's name and internal ID, the login's internal ID, and when it was deleted, so we can show that a deletion request was carried out. Our internal operations log also notes the deletion, with internal IDs only, for 90 days.
Encrypted database backups and short-lived system logs may still hold copies until they expire on their normal schedule, typically within 30 days. They are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Messaging and AI providers we used to run REMI keep their own records under their own policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
